Terms of Service


We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If a bank check is required for special reasons, please confirm with our service team before mailing the check.



We ship worldwide, including to all US P.O. Boxes and US Territories. At this time, shipping is not available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We ship to only one address per order. For shipping to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

We do not ship to China (including Hong Kong and Macau) or Vietnam at this time.



We are based in the United States and offer a choice of USPS and UPS for both domestic and international orders.

Delivery time will vary depending on the service you choose. The estimated delivery time does not include order processing, which could take up to three business days from the day the order is placed, though we strive to ship orders as soon as we can. If you need an order delivered by a specific day or time, please contact us before placing your order.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order, the destination address, and the carrier and service you choose.



USPS tracking: USPS First-Class International provides tracking only until your package leaves the United States, so your shipment cannot be tracked once it leaves the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Import duties must be paid by the recipient if the order value exceeds a certain threshold ("de minimis") set by each country. Typical values vary from $20 USD to $1,000 USD. We recommend checking your country's current import duty rules before ordering.

Value Added Tax (VAT) / Goods and Services Tax (GST): Our prices do not include VAT or GST. In addition to import duties, some countries may also require payment of a VAT or GST. We recommend checking your country's current tax rules for imports before ordering. From July 1, 2021, all orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT. Buyers are required to pay VAT on all purchases upon delivery of goods. At this moment, our bookstore is not able to collect and remit VAT on purchases shipped to the EU. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Brokerage fees: In addition to import duties and VAT/GST, brokerage fees may also be required on delivery if your shipping carrier performs customs clearance on your behalf. You may choose to waive these service fees by obtaining customs clearance in person at your nearest governmental customs office. The amount of brokerage fees will depend on the shipping carrier, the goods purchased, as well as the destination country. We recommend checking the terms on brokerage fees with your shipping service provider before ordering.
For Canadian customers: UPS Standard service does not include brokerage fees, so you would have to pay a brokerage fee upon delivery in addition to any taxes and duties due. USPS does not charge a brokerage fee.



Once your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking information may not be available until one or two days after an order is shipped.

If you have a registered account with us, you can track the status of your order as well as your shipment information on our website.



All sales are final. If your order has not yet shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting us.



If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because the supplied shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, we will notify you by email. An additional shipping fee may be charged in order for us to ship the order again to the correct address.



- For printing or binding errors, please contact the publisher for a replacement. The publisher's address is printed in the book.

- Our policy does not cover any physical damage or loss that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, contact your carrier timely (USPS or UPS) for all damages or losses incurred during transit. Our service team will be happy to assist you when you have difficulties in communicating with your carrier.

All orders not in stock at the time of order will be placed on backorder unless the purchase order specifies otherwise. Backorders will automatically be filled as the product becomes available. You will be notified only if your backorder has been outstanding for more than (4) weeks.
